Jack’s Burger starts with Angus beef we season and form right here on the truck. Every patty hits the grill at medium, so you get a sear on the outside and a juicy center. Sharp cheddar goes on while it’s still hot. Grilled onions pile on next. Fresh lettuce and tomato keep it from getting too heavy. Spicy mustard cuts through the richness. Pickles add the bite. The bun gets toasted so it holds up to all of it. This is the burger we built the truck around.
