Description
We don’t try to fake a beef patty. We put a whole grilled Portobello cap on the bun and let it do its own thing. It comes off the grill tender in the center with charred edges and a deep, savory flavor. Sharp provolone melts over it while it’s still hot. Grilled onions pile on next. Spicy mayo adds heat.
