FAN FAVE! We smoke the pork shoulder low and slow, then pull it by hand. It gets layered onto brioche with BBQ sauce and smoked Gouda, then the whole thing goes on the griddle. The brioche crisps up on the outside while the Gouda melts through the pork. Smoky, rich, and filling. This one needs extra napkins.
